Conict Consultants BV completes Mobile for Development (M4D) project in Papua New Guinea

The aim of this study was twofold:

1) to advise AusAID on its Mobile for Development strategy 

2) to select three M4D projects in the fields of healthcare and education for implementation in 2012

For this study, we organised two consultative fora in PNG. One with healthcare professionals and one with education professionals. This bottom-up methodology helped us to articulate the main problems in these specific sectors and prevent us coming up with solutions for which there is no problem. We also analysed international success stories to see what worked in other markets and what are the key success factors for M4D projects.
