The World Bank has hired Conict Consultants for producing an options paper for Rural ICT Development and Broadband in Lithuania using demand aggregation and stimulation mechanisms

The study provides options for the Lithuanian Government on how to use European Structural Funds for rural ICT development using demans stimulation and aggregation methodologies and Local Action Groups.
